Tuktuks from the door at fixed prices (arranged by the staff) get you around no problem and the hand hotel card sees a correct trip back. Included breakfast was quite large. The Chefs were amazing with a wide range of Menu options (day and night) and the Cocktail list good value. Room was fully equipped with toileries and the bigbath tub on deck an added bonus. Our room was overlooking the pool on the first floor (no lift) but some rooms on the ground level would be OK for those challenged. WiFi worked well . Recommend a first flool room onerlooking the pool. Upgrade to the room if option offered.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the reception and restaurant staff were great! We had returned to the Rambutan for one night at the end of our holiday, having stayed there for four nights when we arrived in Cambodia. As before, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of dishes available. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable bed in spacious room. Modern but with throwback elements. Noted as LGBTQ but more on the friendly than the exclusive side. All welcome including the resident cat.
