Amazing hotel. Staff were the nicest people. Always trying to make sure I was okay. place was so clean and the food amazing. The price was a steal. Can't recommend his place enough.

This was a delightful oasis of calm in the midst of a bustling city, and guests were taken care of by lovely smiling lads who were happy to provide drinks and food on request. The courtyard with pool was a cool place to relax. Breakfast was good - it was included in our room tariff. We often ate other meals here too because it was easier than finding a restaurant. Prices were good, and even though the food may have been simple it suited my tastes and my wallet. I loved the room, with its extra 'day bed' and we had space to relax. Most of all, I want to commend the welcome we got, and the quality of care delivered by ALL of the friendly workers here. There are clearly more luxurious hotels in Phnom Penh, but the Rambutan Resort will give you a simple and good repose for reasonable Dollars.

Rambutan is a family oreiented hotel resort in Phnom Penh, close to all major attractions. The Hotel opened in 2006 as a gay and LGBT friendly resort. We are a married couple, warmly welcomed. There were families and couples. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The service was excellent. I had someone meet me at the airport (after 24 hours of flight, who wants to figure out a cab?) which I set up with Rambutan. The food was excellent. Breakfast is included and it is outstanding. Fresh squeezed juice, noodles and fresh fruit. You can also get other items, but that was my preference. This was the fourth time I have booked at this fine little hotel (has a pool also, which was very refreshing) and I highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kettle in the room with instant coffee, small refrigerators in each room. The room was cleaned daily. The restaurant at the hotel is small but quite nice and the food was top notch each and every time.

I liked everything. The room was kept clean every daily. It was very big with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was a la carte with a big variety of Asian and Western dishes. Lunch and dinner were excellent as well. Staff was very friendly and you could notice very well trained in their kobs. Special thanks to chheng lean, sovvan and Devit. Overall I had a lovely stay. Price versus quality unbeatable. Thank you very much, Erwin.

Lovely little resort which is only a short journey from all the bars and restaurants in BKK and Toul Tompoung, plus the tourist sites. My room was large and clean and it's great to be able to swim in the pool after a day at work.

Peaceful location with good spacious facilities and reasonably handy to attractions. Tuktuks from the door at fixed prices (arranged by the staff) get you around no problem and the hand hotel card sees a correct trip back. Included breakfast was quite large. The Chefs were amazing with a wide range of Menu options (day and night) and the Cocktail list good value. Room was fully equipped with toileries and the bigbath tub on deck an added bonus. Our room was overlooking the pool on the first floor (no lift) but some rooms on the ground level would be OK for those challenged. WiFi worked well . Recommend a first flool room onerlooking the pool. Upgrade to the room if option offered.

What a place! We loved it here! Every minute of it. The staff is so kind, caring and attentive. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of „handy“ features. It’s stylish and the breakfast was awesome. The area is also very nice. Thank you again to the amazing staff, each and everyone made our stay perfect and accommodated every desire we had. 100% recommend. Come here if you are in Phnom Penh.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and the reception and restaurant staff were great! We had returned to the Rambutan for one night at the end of our holiday, having stayed there for four nights when we arrived in Cambodia. As before, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of dishes available. I would highly recommend.

Relaxed friendly boutique hotel / guesthouse with authentic ambience, casual feel, intimate setting. Pleasant staff. Good on-site mini kitchen serving local and euro food. Comfortable bed in spacious room. Modern but with throwback elements. Noted as LGBTQ but more on the friendly than the exclusive side. All welcome including the resident cat.
